Today I start building ROI from podcasting, in public. Not for reach. But to prove a point that should’ve been documented years ago:
It is possible to measure the ROI of a podcast. And I believe it can be as accurate on attribution as newsletter can be.
So my goal is straight forward: to go from 0 to 1,000 newsletter subscribers coming directly from my podcast.
